Super Healthy Smoothie

I came across this one on Pinterest, like so many other things. Rumor has it that it is super healthy and helps prevent tummy fat. Reason enough for me to figure out what a papaya is. By the way, it looks like this:

Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup papaya
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup peaches
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • fresh mint leaves
  • 12 blueberries (I just added them for fun)

Steps: 

  1. You know the drill. Put it all in a blender along with some ice and maybe a little water to thin. I think I actually added some almond milk. Ended up tasting great and filling me up – the healthy way.
