Oreo Pie

Oreos have always been a favorite of mine, and so has oreo pie. But I’ve always made the kind that you buy in the store with just instant mixes. I decided to go out on a limb and get a little more complicated, but this is nowhere near homemade because of the store-bought crust. Oh well, close enough, right?

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 19 oreos
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • oreo pie crust

  1. crush up 15 oreos in a bag and set aside
  2. put cream cheese and sugar in medium mixing bowl
  3. beat until cream cheese is light and fluffy
  4. gently add whipped cream and crushed up oreos
  5. mix until all of the stuff in the bowl is pretty even
  6. spoon into the pie crust
  7. for fun decoration, press four oreos (or however many you want) into the filling in an X (or whatever shape you want)
  8. put in the fridge and chill for 2 hours (or until firm)
  9. enjoy!
